· Orders are not shipped on Sundays or UK bank holidays.

o Standard UK Shipping: 3–5 business days

o Tracked / Express Options: 1–3 business days (depending on availability)

· International delivery times and charges vary by country.

· Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

· Delivery may take longer due to customs processing.

· Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

· You can track your parcel via the courier’s website.

· We will investigate with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.
