Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your MG SKINCARE products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns, refunds, and exchanges work.


 1 Returns

  • Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility: Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
    • In original packaging with labels intact
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • How to return:
    1. Email us at info@mgskincare.co.uk to start your return.
    2. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
    3. Important: Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or legal reasons:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Gift cards

Note: Personal care/skincare items may only be returned if unopened and unused.


3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us at info@mgskincare.co.uk if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We’ll provide return instructions and cover the shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.

4 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union:

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.
  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

5 Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@mgskincare.co.uk.

6 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • To request an exchange, email info@mgskincare.co.uk for instructions.

7 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item.
  • If the gift was not sent directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

8 Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless defective or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For items over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance. MG SKINCARE is not responsible for lost returns.
