Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your MG SKINCARE products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
1 Returns
- Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with labels intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- How to return:
- Email us at info@mgskincare.co.uk to start your return.
- We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Important: Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

2️ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or legal reasons:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
Note: Personal care/skincare items may only be returned if unopened and unused.
3️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us at info@mgskincare.co.uk if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We’ll provide return instructions and cover the shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.
4️ EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union:
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.
- Items must be returned unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
5️ Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email if your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@mgskincare.co.uk.
6️ Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
- To request an exchange, email info@mgskincare.co.uk for instructions.
7️ Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item.
- If the gift was not sent directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
8️ Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless defective or incorrect.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For items over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance. MG SKINCARE is not responsible for lost returns.
