Facial cancellation policy
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, as set out in our Terms of service.
Your £20 deposit is included in your treatment price. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance is payable at the clinic on your treatment day.

This is our essential acne-and-congestion facial. If you have persistent acne, post-acne marks, pigmentation, scarring or deeper congestion, your therapist may recommend a more advanced treatment such as fruit-acid resurfacing, chemical peels or skin needling.
