Facial cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, as set out in our Terms of service.

Your £20 deposit is included in your treatment price. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance is payable at the clinic on your treatment day.

Pay a £20 deposit to secure your appointment, or pay the full treatment price online. If you choose the deposit, the remaining balance is payable at the clinic on the day of your treatment. The £20 deposit is included in the total price, not an additional charge.

  • 45 min: total £160 — £20 now and £140 at the clinic.
  • 60 min: total £200 — £20 now and £180 at the clinic.
  • 90 min: total £250 — £20 now and £230 at the clinic.

How Does RF Work?

Radiofrequency uses controlled heat to gently warm the deeper layers of the skin, helping to stimulate natural collagen and elastin production.

The treatment also encourages existing collagen fibres to contract, helping the skin look firmer, smoother and more lifted over time.
